@ButlandsShinPad @WelshJoeMarsh You’re trying to justify caring about something that is undignified and contemptible to care about if you are older than 12. I watch and enjoy football. But I don’t support a team because it’s pathetic and shameful to place any worth in the outcome of something so trivial.

@WelshJoeMarsh Thats why you'll never understand football. Thats okay, but I do feel for you to never experience such exhilarating highs and crushing lows. Life brings unfathomable changes but your football team is the one constant through your whole life.

Watch this white man weeping like a little girl - not because his people are becoming a persecuted minority, not because hundreds of thousands of white girls were groomed and raped by foreign men, but because a multiracial team of grossly overpaid footballers lost a match.

@heyyoudvd @SnazzyLabs Liquid Ass needs to go. It won’t this year, but if they’re not planning to quietly move on from it in iOS 28 that’s a huge error. It’s fundamentally flawed and their mistake was branding this flaw (in typical Apple fashion) making it embarrassing to just quickly scrap.

I think things will change faster than you think. The Neo is already a pretty big departure from the Cook era. Also, I’ll bet that software design will change pretty substantially. Not in terms of aesthetics - Liquid Glass will be around for a while - but rather, in terms of the general philosophy around information architecture as well as ‘junk drawer’ design. Two small examples we’ve already seen: 1. Mac SKU configuration in the Apple Store app 2. Moving the ‘App Updates’ button to the top in the App Store app These are small changes, but they hint at a shift away from marketing-centric design and towards user-centric design. I suspect we’ll see a whole lot more of that at WWDC this year, and that will be awesome. The move from supply chain + marketing (Cook + Dye) back to a bigger product focus (Ternus + Lemay) could bring about huge changes to the overall UX of the ecosystem, and that’s precisely what so many of us have been hoping for for years.

@InvestorDaan Given the abomination that is Liquid Glass, and the increasingly buggy nature of Apple’s OS over the years, if anything, Craig should have been demoted. Apple software needs less silly features nobody cares about and more attention to detail, consistency and simplicity of UI.

Everyone's asking why Craig Federighi didn't get the Apple CEO job. $AAPL He was the crowd favorite. Charismatic. Great on stage. Beloved. But the board picked John Ternus instead. Here's why that's actually the right call 🧵 #AAPL #Apple #Stockinvesting

@markymarkxbt @ObservantBrad14 @europa Pilkington is a total scumbag. I got into a big back and forth with him last year where he admitted that he has no problem with importing infinity migrants because something something birth rate decline. He doesn’t care if that completely changes a nation. All that matters

Trump policies are just scams to facilitate Jewish looting. The tariffs were never real. Lutnick's sons bet on their failure from the beginning and bought the rights to tariff refunds from companies that needed to help paying. Now that tariffs are canceled, they're cleaning up.
Bull Theory@BullTheoryio

🚨 THIS IS INSANE. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick's sons could be making 3 to 5x returns on every dollar they spent buying tariff refund rights. Cantor Fitzgerald, now run by Lutnick's sons Brandon and Kyle, was buying tariff refund claims from companies at 20 to 30 cents on the dollar. The firm told clients it had "capacity to trade up to several hundred million" in these claims. They confirmed at least one $10 million trade was already executed as of July 2025. They said they expected that number to "balloon in the coming weeks." That was 9 months ago. Today those claims are worth 100 cents on the dollar. The refund portal is live, $166 billion in refunds are being processed. If Cantor bought $100 million in refund rights at 25 cents on the dollar, they spent $25 million. They now collect $100 million from the government. That is a $75 million profit. A 300% return. If they scaled to "several hundred million" as they told clients they could, the profits run into the hundreds of millions. Howard Lutnick was the architect of the tariff policy. He pushed Trump to impose them. He fought against officials who wanted to limit them. Then he left Cantor Fitzgerald to his sons and transferred his equity into a trust benefiting them. Tax free under government ethics rules. He received $360 million from the buyout. His sons positioned the firm to profit from the exact policy their father built. Their father publicly championed tariffs he knew could be struck down while his sons were buying refund claims betting they would be.

@GuntherEagleman Stop pretending this has anything to do with mass immigration. This is selfish farmers who voted for the current government only caring about their own pockets. It has NOTHING to do with opposing demographic destruction. Fuck these farmers and fuck these protests.

@Davis2052035 @SovereignIM Men want meaning though. And a family of their own was always the ultimate way to provide that. Maybe I’m conflating loneliness with emptiness? It’s probably mostly that tbh. Though I do think even the most Sigma lone wolfs crave company, intimacy, affection, etc.

@LSLS1297 @SovereignIM I dont get that even though the data they put out seems to sugest that. I love being alone, never feel lonely. Even though I’m just 1 person instinctually I feel like most Men with there masculinity somewhat intact would feel similar

Women fear loneliness more than men, which is they compromise their integrity more than them. The constant rhetoric of refusing to settle is in part a backlash against the fear they very well may have to, because to many women, loneliness is less desirable than self-betrayal.

@LoveKirins @SovereignIM Maybe it’s that they fear being alone but not loneliness? There’s a subtle distinction there. Men are the true romantics and I think loneliness hits them harder even if solitude can be more tolerable to them. It sounds like a contradiction but it’s not. Am I explaining this well?

@LSLS1297 @SovereignIM I know where this belief comes from, but the problem is that women seldom experience solitude as men do. Instead, look at suggestive revealed preferences (rapid re-entry to new relationships, AI partners overwhelmingly used by women, emotional/social demands in relationships).

@SovereignIM Some men can adjust and play the game within the new rules and succeed. That’s not an option for a growing percentage however. They’re going MGTOW. It’s not men’s responsibility to keep degrading themselves hoping for some scraps. Let it all burn.

@SovereignIM The counter argument to this is that men have tried to fix things for decades and gotten nowhere. We made the arguments, pleaded our case. Nothing worked. The only actual solution seems to be to call their bluff and walk away, let the whole rotten system collapse.

@Iammarcmalone That’s not to encourage it, condone it, or even to say most women wouldn’t strongly prefer monogamy. But females are on average FAR less emotionally damaged by it than men are and there’s many evolved reasons for this.

@Iammarcmalone They’re not necessarily mutually exclusive. She can be pair bonded and still not feel disgusted by it in the same way a man would if the roles were reversed. The obvious evolutionary reason for this is that paternity can’t be guaranteed if she is with other men.
