@roxie_hartless Please confirm that you have removed the protective sticker off of the charging ports, this can be difficult to notice.

@LSTN Bought these last year but haven't tried to use them until today. I charged them but they don't work. The LED lights don't work at all and I can't seem to turn them on. I've tried troubleshooting with the manual. And nothing worked. Any ideas?
