Anyway… I don’t think I’m going to be deleting my account, but of the time I spend on social media going forward, it’ll probably be mostly on other platforms.

What many news orgs and journalists are coming to realize with X/Twitter is this: the juice is no longer worth the squeeze. This platform has never been a great driver of traffic. It’s a place where folks gathered and shared information/opinions during major news events.
