People who voted #BernieOrBust, Trump, or the couch, didn’t care about SCOTUS in 2016, nor what it could become 10 years later. Hillary Clinton was right then, and she’s still right in 2026.

Seems likely Alito and/or Thomas will retire this year and Trump will appoint their replacements, giving him control of SCOTUS for decades. His arch can be torn down. His ballroom can be torn down. But SCOTUS will be his legacy. Y’all should have voted for Hillary Clinton.

If the Democrats don't make rebalancing and expanding the Supreme Court a top priority for whenever (if?) they next get into power, then I don't know what to say anymore. The GOP-packed court is the biggest block on progress in this country and has been for a while.

I’m not interested in complaining about this Supreme Court VRA ruling. I’m interested in action. Republicans will begin a purge of blue seats, so the purge of red seats must begin. Let’s not waste time, blue states. Just draw new maps and show the Republicans what it looks like to use their rules against them. They’ll be begging on all fours for independent redistricting.

The Republican gaslighting on ‘violent rhetoric’ is ludicrous. Yes, Democrats call Donald Trump a threat to democracy. He still denies the 2020 election and a lot of his party has gone along with it. There’s a reason Republicans hide from reporters - they can’t answer for Trump dancing on the graves of his political enemies or calling Democrats ‘the enemy within’, ‘traitors’, or the ‘party of hate, evil, and Satan.’ And for those that actually care about reality, the majority of political violence comes from the right. How is it even possible that 48 women can be sexually assaulted by the same man, provide evidence of the assaults at trial and all 48 victims are determined to be liars and he’s found innocent? There needs to be an investigation into this judge and this ruling
