@Idhaan_ @MetaQuestHelp @Layls89 I hope they can fix this because last time a guy lost his stuff due to an issue like this the best they could offer was to credit his account so he could get it all back that's after him proving what he bought. I know I don't have Receipts for all my games. 😟

We’ve been working to resolve the reported issue causing account log-outs and missing app libraries. The vast majority of impacted accounts have been restored, and we’re working on getting this resolved for everyone affected.

@MetaQuestHelp Sorry, I mean the account looks new. It's still my Facebook that it's logged in with but there's nothing of my original account there, ie friends, apps etc.

@Layls89 Hello Layla, we hope you are well. We don't recommend that you create a new account, creating an account will overwrite the one that was mistakenly suspended, it's better to wait for now. Our engineers are working hard to get your account as soon as possible.

Did everyone just get locked out of their @MetaQuestVR /Rift, or just me? It’s asking me to merge my Oculus and Facebook accounts, which I did when I got my Quest 2. This isn’t great.
