We live in this weird age of Halo where you can customize your gameplay in anyway you want but people still complain. Don’t want sprint? Turn it off Want a 60 round AR? Do it! Want third person? Go ahead! Don’t like the HUD? Change it! Don’t want a remake? Go play MCC!!! #Halo

If you're trying to run an org/guild in Star Citizen, things just got way harder for you. For the time being, the receiving party MUST be online for you to send them credits. In addition, daily transfer rates will be limited, which will change over the coming weeks. 🫠

@cybrtrkguy I have towed this over the Rockies, down to Mojave, and more.(from WA) I average 760Wh per mile as long as I keep it under 60mph. That gives 140-150 usable range at 100%SOC. Stops work out well when I have wife and pups along. No WDH means easy to drop n charge.

Towed a 21-foot camper this weekend. My first time towing a payload of this size with Cybertruck, and first time towing a camper. We had a freaking blast! Towed ~50 miles between Grand Rapids and Silver Lake, Michigan. Cybertruck tows exceptionally well, of course. Flooring it under load produced the most glorious electric motor whine! Purrrr This unit was a Jayco Jay Flight SLX 21ft and weighs around 4,000lbs. Averaged 1,050Wh/mi which puts our effective range at ~115 miles at 100%. Left home with 100%, and charged on 120v 30a at the campsite. Over two days with a bit of driving in between, we left with 80% charge and got home with just enough charge to spare. We rented this unit, and now I'm very very interested in towing more of these (and perhaps buying one myself) but I don't think I can stomach sub-150mi range on a road trip. The EV campers have my attention 👀

Supercharging stop #15 on the Canadian coast-to-coast autonomous drive gave FSD another real-world challenge. The car made it to the Supercharger, but the parking lines were extremely faint, if they were even there at all. It backed in, but we weren’t quite close enough to plug in. So we set the destination to the charger again, and FSD took us on a quick loop through a nearby trailer park before bringing us back to the Supercharger. Second attempt worked. We got parked, plugged in and charged successfully. Zero disengagements. Zero interventions. The streak lives on. 👀 Follow along with the tracker here: fsddb.com/trackers/canad… @DavidMoss @DevinOlsenn

I've seen so many aggressive, salty, and overall pissed-off comments on mine and around X about the 4.8 "wipe"... 1. “Wipes are unfair to average players.” No. What’s unfair is letting a broken economy snowball into a state where new players can’t meaningfully participate, orgs can’t test logistics, and exploits permanently distort the data CIG needs to tune the game. A wipe is not a punishment. A wipe is a correction. If you’ve been grinding for months, I get that it stings. But you weren’t grinding toward a final release economy. You were grinding inside a sandbox that is actively being rewritten and developed under your feet. That’s the nature of an ALPHA, 2. If you NEED persistence and stability, wait for 1.0 If you’re here now, you’re here to test the game like the rest of us and try to help make it the best it can be 3. “I earned 20 million legitimately why should I lose it?” Because your 20 million was earned in an economy that was: A. distorted by duplication exploits B. inflated by commodity bugs C. affected by broken mission payouts D. influenced by backend errors E. built on old and broken systems that are literally being replaced in 4.8 Your 20 million is not “real” in the sense of a stable, final economy. It’s data. And that data is no longer valid. You can’t carry forward corrupted data into a new economic model and expect meaningful results. That’s not how simulation testing works. 4. “They should only wipe the exploiters.” This is technically impossible. CIG cannot reliably differentiate between: legitimate high‑volume traders, players benefiting indirectly from exploited markets, Orgs laundering exploited aUEC through shared activities, players who unknowingly bought items from exploited inventories or players whose accounts were inflated by backend bugs. The economy is interconnected. Once the data is contaminated, everyone’s data is contaminated, and then it does no good for developmental progress and "Selective wipes" would create more unfairness, not less. 5. “Manufacturing is coming, so wiping resources is stupid.” No, wiping resources before manufacturing is the only sane option! You cant introduce a new production chain into an economy that is already bloated, distorted, and full of legacy items that were never meant to persist. Manufacturing requires: clean supply chains, clean resource pools, clean pricing curves and clean inventory states, what we have no is a CLUSTER FUCKED MESS If you don’t wipe before manufacturing, you guarantee a broken system on day one and even more problems 6. “The game is broken anyway, maybe I should uninstall.” If you’re this upset about a wipe in an alpha, uninstalling might genuinely be the healthiest choice for you. Im Not being sarcastic or rude, just factual...especially if it's going to be that frustrating or aggrivating for you. This is a VERY, VERY long‑term project. It is iterative. It is disruptive. It is experimental as fuck 99 percent of the time. If you can’t handle resets, instability, or systemic overhauls, you’re playing the wrong build of the wrong game at the wrong time. Last but not least, my favorite... 7. “Backers with big fleets don’t feel wipes.” This is the funniest and most disconnected and absurd take of them all. A giant fleet is a huge liability in the current game: more ships to refuel, restock, repair, insure, manage, arm, test, CREW etc. A wipe hits everyone equally where it matters: the economy, progression, rep, inventory, and logistics. A Hull C doesn’t magically refill your wallet or buy its own cargo. An idris doesn’t crew tiself or refill its own ammo or give you free components. A giant fleet doesn’t give you free rep and a hangar full of ships doesn’t give you free aUEC. If anything, wipes hit players with large fleets hardest because they have more ships and systems to retest and more logistics to rebuild. The bottom line is A wipe is not a betrayal. A wipe is not favoritism. A wipe is not punishment. A wipe is maintenance. A wipe is data hygiene. A wipe is economic stabilization. A wipe is preparation for new systems. If you don’t understand why wipes happen, that’s fine, but attacking backers, demanding pledged ships be removed, or insisting that your temporary alpha wallet should be sacred is not a serious argument. This wipe was needed. It has been needed. And pretending otherwise doesn’t make you a champion of fairness...it just shows you don’t understand the technical reality of the game you’re playing and or how its being developed and tested. #StarCitizen @RobertsSpaceInd

@MdeZegher This will also be great for charging up to 100% overnight so its ready to go the next day rather then sitting at a megacharger for 2 hours at the end of the day just to get ready for the next day of work.

Although it looks just like a V4 post, the Basecharger doesn't have a cabinet at all. We were able to put one of the 16 trays from the V4 cabinet inside the post. It fully leverages the design, production and supply chain of the V4 posts and V4 cabinet power electronics. Cost per mile (or km) is key for electrifying trucking. The Basecharger dramatically improves cost and installation flexibility for longer dwell time locations, further improving the economics for heavy duty fleets.
Tesla Charging@TeslaCharging

Our new 125 kW Basecharger is designed for longer dwell times and overnight charging of Semis. It's the "home charging" for heavy-duty fleets. It features a fully integrated design that eliminates the need for a separate AC-to-DC cabinet, simplifying installation. The 6 meter cable offers layout flexibility for all depots. Up to 3 Basechargers can be daisy-chained on a single breaker (sharing 125 kVA) to further reduce installation and operational costs.
