@theonlywayout1s I also stopped tracking! I know loosely what cals things have but i dont write it down. So like bagel + tiny avocado 350, tinned soup 120-160, plus a gut shot thats 56 and then ive been eating basically that for the past 3 weeks

I think im going to stop tracking (still restricting) bcs tracking makes me overeat. I think that i can “fit” junk into my cals and then i just end up creating a habit of snacking that i NEVER had before any tips on how to stop tracking🥲🥲
