Trump’s FCC waived a rule so a Trump ally’s broadcast company can reach 60% of US households. Between Nexstar and Sinclair Broadcasting, two of Trump’s allies will control 450 local stations, including news, in 95% of U.S. markets. Trump’s billionaire allies now control X, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, TikTok, Truth and Twitch. They own Fox News, CBS, CNN, WaPo, WSJ, NY Post and the majority of local news stations. This is by design. The news will be what Trump and his administration say it is.

Every lost election is rigged. Every bad headline is fake news. Every fact is a hoax. Every protest is paid. Imagine being so unhinged you have to create an entire fake reality just to cope.

The #SAVEAct, which CD7's current representative co-sponsored and voted for in the House of Representatives last month, is scheduled to come up for a vote in the Senate this week. I was asked about my position on this bill at the Alexandria Area Indivisible forum earlier this month & here's my response. Long story short, voting is a fundamental constitutional right and I would vote against any legislation that at its heart is voter suppression legislation as I believe this is. #WeCanDoBetter #MN07 #saveacttaxesvoters

This is unhinged. The President of the United States went on a late-night rant, making clear he believes the Supreme Court justices he appointed owe him their loyalty and should always rule in his favor. The President of the United States is openly attacking the independence of the judiciary, the very institution that stands between every American and unchecked executive power. Courts don’t work for the President. They work for the Constitution. And a president attacking the judiciary for doing its job is telling you he believes he is above the law.

The U.S. job market is the worst in decades. And the main cause of this is completely incompetent government.

Here is what’s really going on with regard to the funding stalemate in Congress. ICE agents shot and killed two U.S. citizens on the streets of Minneapolis. Democrats then said: before we write you another check, agree to the same rules every police department in America already follows. Judicial warrants before entering homes. Visible ID. Body cameras. No raids at schools and hospitals. We immediately pushed for votes to fund TSA, the Coast Guard, and FEMA. Republicans blocked it. We tried to fund FEMA alone. Republicans blocked that too. Their position was to fund ICE with no strings attached, or shut the whole thing down. So DHS shut down. Then yesterday, the White House sent a letter admitting we were right. But they still won’t agree to judicial warrants or to take the masks off, which means agents can still break down your door without a judge’s approval and you still can’t see their faces when they do it. We’ve been ready to fund your airport security since day one, not to mention Coast Guard, FEMA and the rest. Republicans chose to protect ICE from accountability instead. #FundDHSFreezeICE

Republicans are lying to the American people when they say the SAVE Act is a voter ID law—it’s a proof-of-citizenship requirement that would make voting harder, if not impossible, for a lot of people. Passports are expensive, documents don’t always match, and the process can be a mess (been there). We should be making voting easier, not adding more hurdles. Democrats can own this by proposing their own bill that accepts a range of IDs, and includes automatic voter registration and Election Day as a national holiday for starters.

For the record, the president of the United States is now simultaneously claiming that he has won the war, is currently winning the war, needs help to win the war, and needs no help to win the war. All to destroy the nuclear program he claims to have already destroyed last year.

When Trump leaves office: The Department of War will go back to being the Defense Department. The Trump Kennedy Center will go back to being the Kennedy Center. The Gulf of America will once again be the Gulf of Mexico. The unfinished East Wing (it won't be finished by the end of Trump's term) will be rebuilt by the next president, and it will not be a ballroom. Federal agencies packed with unqualified loyalists will fire those people and rehire the career experts Trump fired. The Department of Justice will go back to enforcing the law instead of protecting the president. Scientific agencies like NOAA, the EPA, and the CDC will go back to publishing research without political interference. The U.S. will re-align with its allies and not with its enemies. The presidential pardon power will stop being used as a rewards program for loyalists. Inspectors General will go back to investigating corruption instead of getting fired for it. The White House press room will go back to having briefings, with real journalists and not podcasters. U.S. foreign policy will stop revolving around flattering dictators. And the world will progress as though Donald Trump never existed.

Things that never happened before Trump: -Every president in our history who has lost has conceded, except Donald Trump. -No rioters have EVER attacked the Capitol while holding flags of their ringleader - The President of the United States. -No President has ever broken the rules of law by ignoring every SCOTUS ruling against him. -No President has ever sold watches, fragrance, phones, and crypto WHILE president. -No cabinet has been so devoid of free-will that POTUS can force them to wear matching shoes of the wrong size like synchronized clowns. -No President has ever tripled the deficit. -No American President has ever been owned by a Russian President. -No US President has ever made $1.3 billion a year AS president. -No US President has ever been convicted of 34 felonies. -No President has ever been this hurt and broken by late night comedians and pop stars. -No US President has ever been a lifelong "partner in crime" to a convicted Pedophile. -No US President has ever marked his territory by spraying his name on every structure. -Trump is the only US President who has a diehard following of worshippers that do not see him as President but as a religion meant to be obeyed. -And no US President has EVER been this despised by the world and every American not indoctrinated by the theology of moronology.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
