I get where you're coming from, you want to make sure they have an interest and love America.
But there are some other ways to prove it as I do.
By owning land, a home and paying taxes, serving your country or city in some way and following laws and not wanting idiots to take over and bring in people that don't care about America.
But I know you mean well and only have America's best interests at heart, so I respect it.

I don't have kids and I'm not married but I do have gf's from time to time and will have kids when I find the right woman.
I've worked and paid taxes all my life, never missing any and never been in prison and don't have a criminal record, I own land and a home and serve on local committee's in my county.
I'll be damned if my opinion and vote do not count just as much as anyone's.
If anyone ever tried to take it away you will see just how much I support the 2A as well.
