I canceled avalara nearly 2 years ago. I still get emails about renewing. They act like the account isn’t canceled. I reply every time with proof of canceling 2 years ago. Apparently my account is at risk of suspension if I don’t pay. Avalara is truly the worst saas I’ve ever used.
