🇷🇴GEORGE SIMION DEMANDS ELECTION REDO, BLAMES FOREIGN INTERFERENCE George Simion, a Romanian presidential candidate backed by 5.3 million voters, wants the country’s top court to cancel the May 2025 election. Why? He claims France, Moldova, and other actors rigged it—and he's got receipts. Simion: “We now have irrefutable evidence of meddling… to manipulate institutions, steer media narratives, and impose a result that does not reflect the sovereign will of the Romanian people.” Simion says the same meddling that overturned December’s election is back—worse this time. Telegram CEO, Paul Durov: "I’m ready to come and testify if it helps Romanian democracy.” He’s also urging citizens to flood the court with appeals, offering a DIY legal guide. Simion: “We will not surrender. We will not betray. This is not the end—this is the beginning of a great national awakening.” Source: @filosofiapolti, @georgesimion, @Durov

Stop the terrible disinformation regarding Romania! Yes, IT IS DEMOCRATIC to ban an antisemite extremist funded by the Russians from running for President. IT IS DEMOCRATIC to cancel elections that were hijacked by the Kremlin. It would be both stupid and undemocratic not to.

@Arin_Yumi Why even say this? Why get involved? What's the benefits of speaking out all of a sudden? This will only possibly piss-off Trump and undo some of the goodwill that Japan has been making with him?

🇯🇵🇺🇦 After U.S. President Trump called Ukrainian President Zelenskyy a "dictator without elections," Japan affirmed Zelenskyy's legitimacy as a national leader. Japan says that Ukraine's presidential election was postponed due to wartime conditions and martial law and that Zelenskyy is fulfilling his duties with continued support from global leaders.

@elonmusk @KonstantinKisin My guy, their constitution literally says they can't hold elections during martial law and martial law is what dictates their army structure and keeps them from having to surrender. Not to mention it would be very hard for ppl to vote. I swear, we live in the dumbest timeline.

Other lies about Ukraine: No, Zelensky hasn't banned "opposition parties". He has banned certain opposition parties because they are openly pro-Russian. Britain banned the British Union of Fascists during WW2 in exactly the same way. America went further and rounded up Japanese Americans and threw them into internment camps. No, Zelensky hasn't suspended "independent media". He has suspended pro-Russian media. Even Orwell, arguably the greatest defender of free speech of the 20th century, acknowledged the need for state restrictions on media during war. The idea that in WW2 we would allow pro-enemy propaganda on our airwaves is absurd. There are many legitimate criticisms to be made of the way this war came about, the way both the Ukrainian and Western leadership have behaved and the failure to end this war when it became clear that Ukraine had done its best and lost. But the spectacle of people sitting in warmth, comfort and plenty lying and misrepresenting a country and a people who are courageously fighting to defend their land against a bully is sickening and people who engage in this should be deeply ashamed. They won't, of course, because to most of them the war in Ukraine isn't a real thing. It's just a topic for online click farming. The only silver lining is we're really finding out who's who.

That all sounds very diplomatic, but here’s the question and the world wants the answer from You- if Ukraine is truly committed to democracy, why has Zelensky canceled elections? President Trump called you a “dictator without elections” and challenged you to hold a vote. So, what’s the excuse now? If you are as confident in your leadership as he claims, why not let the people decide?

I had a productive meeting with @SPE_Kellogg—a good discussion, many important details. I am grateful to the United States for all the assistance and bipartisan support for Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. It’s important for us—and for the entire free world—that American strength is felt. We had a detailed conversation about the battlefield situation, how to return our prisoners of war, and effective security guarantees. From the very first second of this war, Ukraine has sought peace. We must and can ensure that peace is strong and lasting—so that Russia can never return with war. Ukraine is ready for a strong, effective investment and security agreement with the President of the United States. We have proposed the fastest and most constructive way to achieve results. Our team is ready to work 24/7. Success unites us all. Strong Ukraine-U.S. relations benefit the entire world. I thank General Kellogg for the joint work to achieve important results.

@lamps_apple @JackPosobiec Of course they were and they are even now. Russia is generally distrusted because its whole business plan is to install puppet governments in adjacent countries. Maybe look into the iron curtain. Their req for Ukraine elections has the same motive. Can't win? Install your own.

I still don’t understand why we’re told to dislike Russia. I often find myself agreeing with much of what Putin says, yet I rarely—if ever—agree with any leaders in the EU. It seems like Russia was made the enemy so the U.S. and EU could justify spending billions every year on dealing with ‘Russian aggression.’

@MichaelDunlap14 @PatrickJnmarie @Mouse_TV_ @elonmusk Lifting martial law would make the country impossible to defend, as it would destroy the current military structure. The US isn't offering any protection. On the contrary, they're siding with Russia, so why would he rely on this?

@PatrickJnmarie @Mouse_TV_ @elonmusk If Zelensky was smart he’d agree to lift Martial Law and have an election if the US would protect them during the time and agree to US Terms. But he’s not smart he’s a greedy dancing prancing punk who wants to kill steal and destroy his own people for his own gain.

@AlpacaAurelius Refusing to use the AC stems from the fact that energy costs more on average for Europeans vs Americans. Same for gasoline and cars. It’s easy to become a common practice in a culture when most can’t afford certain luxuries

@ISniffElonsMusk @C_S_Skeptic For redundancy. They want someone to do X and that can be done in multiple ways. There's no requirement of reusing the whole vehicle like with starship. SpaceX are doing it of their own ambition to save money.

Guys, it's really simple: If SLS gets cancelled, there is ZERO chance of Musk landing men on the Moon as contracted. Not that there was a chance of it anyway, but that sends a stake through the heart of any possibility. Period.

@ISniffElonsMusk @C_S_Skeptic With Starliner, yes. With SLS and Orion there's no competition. SpaceX doesn't have the capabilities to launch Orion. If and when starship succeeds, this can be revisited

@C_S_Skeptic @Logomorph So they are more than a decade behind SpaceX, and that’s neither of the aforementioned vehicles. (Though it has the same number of landings as them)

@Logomorph @C_S_Skeptic They stranded astronauts for almost a year. It cost them over a billion dollars per launch. SpaceX does it for 47 million. That’s not competition, it’s fraud.
