@Philgime I know its been far longer than we thought, but unfortunately we havent been able to put as many resources on the project as we planned so progress has been slow. The new map has been laid out for the expansion, but we dont have anything quite ready to show yet.

@farteryhr We tested out a drop shadow feature, but with only 16bit colour it didnt work well with a lot of the backgrounds ... we've looked in upgrading to 24bit, but it requires rewriting all of the graphics code and there have been too many other priorities so far

@LongbowGames wish the new boards of DX-Ball 2 could be better, in terms of color / gfx arrangement. we have 24-bit true color! maybe consider adding the shadow effect of bricks?
