Just because they did not provide an exact count doesn't mean it's not factual or scientific. Individual certainty is impossible. Vaccines can't fully prevent infection or death, but they reduce severe illness, hospitalization, and death. There is population-level evidence of this.

This doesn't mean vaccines don't work for billions of people. Vaccines do not prevent illnesses. They reduce the risk of severe illness and death for the vast majority of people. Getting extremely sick from Covid was far more common in unvaccinated people. If you are worried about the side effects of vaccines, then you can go to an allergist and test for allergies. Did you ever have allergic reactions to vaccines? Most people are wary of the multiple boosters, and that's understandable. I don't like it myself.
