Delhi HC has directed immediate restoration of X account of Dr. Nimo Yadav aka Prateek Sharma & Nehr Who and RWs have started feeling annoyed. BUT DID U READ FULL ORDER? IT'S ONLY TEMPORARY RELIEF. HERE'S THE CATCH. Justice Purushaindra Kaurav has asked account holders to appear before Committee. Principles of natural justice to be followed in the proceedings. 👉WHAT IT MEANS? The order by Delhi HC is NOT a FINAL CLEAN CHIT to both Piddis. It’s ONLY about ensuring due process. 👉Here’s what it means in simple terms: 🔥1. Immediate restoration ≠ permanent protection The Court has restored the X accounts temporarily because: ~Proper procedure may not have been followed earlier ~The account holder wasn’t given a fair hearing This is rooted in the principle of natural justice — “hear the other side.” 🔥2. Committee hearing is crucial. The Court has directed that: ~Both Piddis must appear before the Committee ~The Committee must follow fair procedure This means the matter is sent back for reconsideration, not closed. 🔥3. YES — SUSPENSION CAN HAPPEN AGAIN. After hearing him, the Committee can: ~Reinstate the account permanently, OR ~Suspend it again, if they find valid legal/technical grounds In Short, Restoration right now is CONDITIONAL and PROCEDURAL, NOT ABSOLUTE. 🔥4. What about Court protection then? If the account is suspended again: ~Both Piddis can go back to Court and challenge the decision ~The Court will then examine whether: The process was fair The decision was reasonable and lawful But: 👉 The Court will NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROTECT THEM AGAIN. ~It will depend on the fresh decision + reasoning 👉Bottom line: THIS ORDER ENSURES FAIR HEARING, NOT A GUARANTEED OUTCOME. The final fate of the accounts still depends on what the Committee decides after following due process. So Chill.
