@DeyarWins @Zlacher88 @Chad_Hominem_ I did a 3 day water fast end of last year. Did a fair bit of research before starting and Zlacher is correct. 3-5 days is optimal and has huge benefits that vastly outweighs any negatives assuming the person has the discipline to stick to it.
