Hey X. I haven’t been posting since my Nana, my last and favorite grandparent died, but I feel kinda obligated to do this. When she was in hospice and the most important word count was running out, she told me how she loved how I could always make her laugh.

I believe Jimmy Carter is now in a much better place…a place that is beyond human comprehension. And, of course, my sincerest condolences go out to his family, loved ones, and friends. #JimmyCarter

Today a great man passed on to whatever comes next, and that man is former President Jimmy Carter, at the age of 100. His time in office predates my birth, but I came to know that Jimmy Carter truly served this country, and he is a figure beloved by both sides of the aisle...
