According to the police complaint, the woman said the main accused, Ayyaz Taj Madare, was a former school acquaintance. Her husband serves in the armed forces and was posted outside Nagpur at the time of the alleged incidents. The woman, a property dealer, alleged that she came into contact with Madare during a property-related matter in 2025. She claimed that during a meeting at a hotel, he allegedly spiked her drink and later recorded compromising videos of her. Later, the videos were then allegedly used to blackmail her. The victim further alleged that Madare repeatedly sexually assaulted her and extorted around ₹4 lakh. Further, she also claimed that he forced her to consume a liquid while chanting religious verses in Urdu, saying it was part of a ritual. According to the complaint, Madare and an associate allegedly took her to Kalmeshwar in Madhya Pradesh, where a third accused, identified as Hazrat Maulana, performed rituals and declared her converted and married to Madare. However, the police have arrested Ayyaz Taj Madare and Amin Sheikh. The third accused remains at large, while further investigation into the case is underway.
