@viajeycine Chiang Mai this time is safe, but Chiang Rai & Nong Khai are under water. Sucks. It also causes a lot of anxiety that we can literally SEE Nong Khai across the river being flooded, and then we look down at the water seeping onto the roads, but only 5cm deep and think, we're next.

You're just being obtuse. Acquiring a passport is easy for Americans too. Ppl from US & Western Europe don't move to other nations to do menial
