The issue has now been resolved, and everything is running smoothly again. If your streak was affected, you can restore it directly in the app by watching a short video. @RnGcrYptO To level up you need to use the app in navigation mode. If you weren’t setting a destination during your trips, that might be the reason why you’re still at level 1. Try starting your trips with a destination set and it should start counting toward your level.

@MapMetrics I’ve been using this thing for over 2 years with the SPT. I literally use it almost daily and somehow I have 1250 tokens in wallet and am level 1. Like what the heck????
