FWIW, the discussion inside of the PA Dem Party these days is more about “who replaces Fetterman?” in ‘28, whether or not he leaves voluntarily. The main issue for them, again, is that he is hard to work with and has been abdicating his responsibilities w/ core constituencies.

While State Senator Karina Villa came short of winning the State Comptroller primary against the Pritzker-endorsed Margaret Croke, she was able to win Chicago! She put together a coalition of Hispanics and progressives, which overcame Croke's base of moderates and Black voters.
