@dylmjack Agreed. We should have converted more entries, but when Ireland had the opportunity to tighten the screws, they went for goal. When we could, we scrummed or chose mauls. They defended like a team that didn’t want to lose by more, but they didn’t play with the intent to win.

That scoreline absolutely flatters Ireland. Brave on defence, but incredibly negative in their approach at home. Had very little answer at the set-piece and overcompensated with cynical play. A more clincal Boks put 40 on the scoreboard.

@dbbovey I disagree Darrel. We should have converted more points opportunities, but the cards will overshadow just what an extraordinary victory this was: until the final whistle, we dominated Ireland in scrums, line-outs, and on defence. That was planned and executed to perfection.
