@BenOndaTop Crane dismantled a championship team for some inexplicable reason. However, the one thing you CAN'T blame him for is Bregman. Bregman did not want to be here. Crane made a very competitive offer and Bregman refused to even entertain it. Not Crane's fault.

The bad news: the Red Sox didn’t clinch a postseason berth today. The good news: for the Red Sox to miss the playoffs, they would have to get swept by the Tigers, the Astros would have to sweep the Angels, and the Guardians would have to take at least 2/3 from the Rangers.
