Razed is coming up on its one year birthday in late April.
We have unquestionably made a lot of progress in the past 7 months and we have achieved a lot of early goals, although within the team, we feel like we are only 1% of the way through our journey.
No one is more critical of Razed than we are ourselves, our expectations for Razed are extremely high & we will not settle for anything less than providing the best place to play.
This is not a post sharing our wager statistics with a graph, the purpose of this post is to share our vision for Razed, addressing the challenges we have faced and share our idea of the path ahead. As well as open a very direct way for the community to share ideas, feedback and expectations.
Firstly, a few progress updates.
House games
House games have been slow progress & we have fallen short of our goal to release all baseline house games by 2024. These included Plinko, Crash, Hi-Lo, Wheel, Blackjack, Coinflip etc. Internally we understand how big the demand is for these games, although with the release of Dice, Keno, Limbo & Mines - we quickly realised that Originals take time to perfect, and rather than focusing on speed to market, we switched our approach to focus on releasing very high quality and perfected games.
That being said, Plinko and Wheel are 98% there and we hope to have these released in January.
We have also updated all of our house games to improve function and experience, this includes optimising the speed of the games, balance delays when playing, the sounds of the games and a whole lot more. Update to be deployed very soon.
Withdrawal speeds
Withdrawal speeds are almost instant in every case, although recently we have decided again, similarly to our house games to take a more cautious approach. Over the last few months, we saw heavy sports betting abuse, and have decided to enact a 0 tolerance policy relating to this.
Crypto Sports betting is a strange beast. A combination of anonymity and speed of transactions means that it is the best product to place fraudulent bets. We have seen heavy arbitrage bets, late betting and fixed match betting, although due to this, almost all sports bets are manually checked & can cause delays in approval. 99% of withdrawals remain instant.
VIP Service
Our desired VIP service time is 1-2 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Over the Christmas period we definitely did not achieve this goal, although we are quickly covering the gaps to achieve this.
We aim to give every VIP, from those depositing $100 a day to those depositing $10,000 the same level of service. It really is evident that almost all casinos drop the ball in this area, and once they achieve a certain volume they reduce/cut and push away the guy depositing $100 a day. This is 100% not something that we will do, and we will absolutely provide the best service & experience to both of these player types. No matter your volume, you will have someone to speak to at Razed, whether that be myself or any of the team.
Promotions
Over the next month, players will notice that our site-wide promotions will improve in both our Sportsbook & Casino.
We have taken note of every bit of feedback relating to deposit bonuses, free spins & sports promotions. I would also love to hear any feedback below on what you expect from us in this area (within reason of course haha).
A special note for the transparency features on Razed.
Transparency is very important to us, we now show all bonuses accumulating in real time for players to see, as well as a clear drop time to avoid players waiting around to play. Players can plan a session on a friday evening or on the 15th of the month, knowing full well their bonus drop will be there and then. There is nothing more annoying than waiting around to play.
We also decided to expose all games real time RTP, showing the 24 Hour and 1 week RTP of each game. We feel actual game RTP data displays are something casinos lack, theoretical RTP over a billion spins can skew players' understanding of swings.
Secondly, an update on what is to come.
