Hi everyone, thank you for all the well wishes. Wanted to just update to say we are home recovering and walked away surprisingly lucky. Boys and wife are all ok. River was on the same side as me and has some injuries (bruises, belt rash etc), but he’s being typically stoic about the whole thing. I’m a bit worse off, and will be off my feet for a few days. Got discharged from the hotel late at night, reunited with the kids n wife, and arrived home in the early hours. The boys were amazing, very proud. Doc told me that T took great care of his little brother in paediatrics. Going to be very quiet for a bit. Very tired and on lots of pain killers. But wanted to update that we are ok. Just needing a lot of rest. Super proud and thankful for the team at @StaffsUniGames who immediately stepped up to support. Thanks all.

Great opening session at #AGCASHOS24 @debbie_mcvitty & @dianajbeech on position of HE after the election. No shift in the ‘value’ & ‘skills’ narrative but govt offices need a unified approach to policy - important for HEIs to push place in tertiary education and civic influence.
