Here's the source: sec.gov/Archives/edgar… Essentially Bitmine is offering 3,000,000 shares of 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock at $100/share stated value. Ticker would be $BMNP 9.50% annually, paid weekly in cash. Cumulative, meaning if they skip a payment, it still accrues. This is similar to $STRC except $ETH generates a staking income which gives Bitmine a legit cashflow to fund this yield.
