@jamessordillo Agreed pal, I’m still convinced that the travel together is a big part of why the girls tend to get on so well…No other choice 😂 That is very tough in a weekend. To be fair, we’ve done well out of the double header this year with Home & Home

@MattWay5 Hahaha yea not easy. Beers on the bus back though, that’s a win for the players! To be fair the going away is annoying but don’t really care, it’s part of it. The only team with away away double header both in London on the other hand really pissed me off

21/22 - Swansea away 22/23 - Holcombe away 23/24 - Isca away Our budget loves getting the further team from us away every year ☺️ On the plus side, we haven't been put away away in London on a double header weekend this year so there is that.

@jamessordillo Although, to be fair it will likely be fewer total miles this year for us than it was in Div 1 South so who knows 🤷‍♂️😂

@AndyEdwards1978 Not sure it 100% fit the ‘choking’ aspect but we have looked at the idea of a Pre-Mortem… What might go wrong? How might it feel? What is our immediate reaction? What is longer term reaction? We found it useful when we lost a tough game to have framework for it all

Coaching Q 🤔 Sure we’ve all been there, your team appear to choke 🤷‍♂️first reaction is WTF just happened there….😮😂 But what are you supposed to say after/before the game ? What can we do to to reduce, mange it ? Even international teams seem to occasionally suffer from it
