I spent most of my life training to become a doctor.
But even after years of study, I still struggled to regulate my own emotions.
My mind was always running.
I had never really known silence.
Then, almost accidentally, I experienced it.
At first, it felt uncomfortable.
But the deeper I went, the more I realized something:
I was not meant to be controlled by every emotion that appeared inside me.
That realization changed my path.
I began studying the turbulence of the mind.
Not as philosophy.
As something practical.
Now my work is simple:
To help people regulate their emotions, stop being controlled by inner noise, and live with a steadier mind.
