@Juliabe72306222 @jet2tweets We got through to customer services after waiting over an hour. Cancellations are because of flight schedule changes. We’ve been able to rebook with slight amendments for half the price now; happy days!

Jet2 are a joke. They sent me an email saying I had cancelled my flight, and it was being refunded. All the wording was as if I had done this. I finally managed to get through after trying twice for 2 hours. THEY cancelled it, but still selling it on their website

@hodge_jo I’ve been using MS Teams because it ties in with our school’s 365 package and is therefore associated to pupils’ email accounts - v secure. It’s felt exactly like being in the classroom in terms of dynamics tbh! Use channels for group work also.
