Sales Representative (Web3 Merch Sales)
We’re looking for a Salesperson who’s native to Web3 someone who understands the culture, the communities, and what makes projects tick.
Your job: sell custom merch to crypto projects and help them turn their brand into something their holders can actually wear.
What this means:
• You’ll be reaching out directly to Web3 projects, founders, and teams, showing them how easy it is to launch and sell their merch through merchminter.com
• You’ll be pitching, following up, and closing deals that bring in real sales. This is not a partnerships role; it’s a pure sales position with measurable results.
Requirements:
• Deep understanding of the Web3 space (you speak the language)
• Strong sales skills and confidence in outreach and negotiation
• Experience with B2B or SaaS sales is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
