@amazon After being an #Amazon Prime subscriber for probably 20+ years, I am to the point I'm ready to cancel and cease my business with Amazon forever. The CS is HORRIBLE and a nightmare. Why pay for Prime shipping when it never arrives or goes missing. Amazon breaching contract.

Horrible experiences with @Amazon #Scamazon in Kansas City - orders being abandoned by drivers at random addresses & undelivered and Amazon gives the bull that they can't do a refund of your money or a replacement until you wait 24-72 hours. I'm not a loan source for Amazon.

@amazon I have called your customer service twice over two days trying to use my reward points to shop. I have been given assurances that I should wait for 24 hours after my 1st call and 2 hours after my second call before trying again. Unfortunately issue is still not resolved
