If the UK government ever went out of its way to prevent someone like Valentina Gomez crossing the Channel, or acted to detain her on arrival, it would effectively become a live case study.
It would demonstrate something many people already suspect: that the state does have the capability to stop illegal crossings when it chooses to prioritise it.

Meanwhile, Shabana Mahmood has banned @ValentinaForUSA from entering the UK. This move only proves how much influence the Muslim Brotherhood now holds over the government. They clearly don’t realise they cannot stop @TRobinsonNewEra from live-streaming her speech on the main stage - just like Tommy did with Elon Musk. In banning her, they have exposed themselves yet again today.
