We had 3 over 70 in party of 8 - RCCL is ok with gambling health of passengers and is penalizing us because we wouldn't

@RoyalCaribbean I canceled before it was officially canceled, yet got the email with an offer for 125% voucher or refund. Now I’m told I get neither. I’ve yet to get any confirmation since I canceled weeks ago. The lack of a clear message and any follow up is disappointing. WTF?
