My Christmas movie pic was Eagle Vs Shark. Not my normal choice of a movie, it was a YouTube short that made me want to watch, and I can honestly say I actually really enjoyed it.

Tonight I will mostly be reading comics. Starting with this classic. #antwars #2000ad

A few small jobs to do this afternoon, then it's movie time. The question is what am I going to watch? Not sure what I'm in the mood for. Any recommendations??

I was a bit to young to read this when it came out, but happy to have picked it up now.

It’s a shame that our local Cineworld is closing, but I can understand why after having been in the new local Arc cinema, much nicer seats with lots of space. Only thing I will really miss is the unlimited membership.

It’s 10:30 on a Saturday night and I’m looking at Gundam model kits. Like I need another thing to collect.

I don’t think I like the fog effect on the X-plus model of the Wolfman, but other than that it looks a nice kit.

Watched two short films by Wes Anderson, based on short stories by Roald Dahl The Swan and The Rat Catcher, both only 17 mins long, but very,very good, I do like me a Wes Anderson film.

Tonight’s film is the 1959 horror film, The Monster of Piedras Blancas.

Waited so long for my copy of Rogue Trooper - Tales from Nu-Earth 3, for it only to be damaged. It was put into the package like this as the shipping outer was in good condition, hopefully @2000AD can sort it.

Watched Guy Ritchie’s The Ministry of Ungentlemanly warfare. It was okay nothing special but a feel good, fun war film. Nothing beats a high Nazi body count.

I tried to watch the 1965 film Creature of the walking dead. I hate to admit it but I fell asleep during it, not the films fault, mine due to starting work early. Will try again another day.

So I’ve accidentally started to watch the 1957 film Attack of the crab monsters 🦀

I’m currently watching the 1979 classic Killer Fish. My wife’s review after 10 mins was “ why do you do this to yourself?”
