Who didn’t care that Epstein was a pedophile and registered sex offender because he was a power player with an enormous network of wealth and influence. After his 2008 plea deal, and up until he was arrested in 2019 on federal trafficking charges, his network STILL flourished. Many notable figures (who are currently insisting upon their “innocence”) maintained a relationship with him. The question we should all be asking is why do we live in a world where the sexual exploitation of children and abuse of women is so normalized?
