People - most of the time - are not actively monitoring their patterns. Just saying. Maybe you do from whatever enlightened place you are sharing your wisdom, but the crowd who reads your words is usually quite busy with very boring mundane things. And their disfunctional patterns are often suppressed. No offense by the way.

THE REAL BATTLE IS NOT AGAINST THE WORLD, IT IS THE UNCONSCIOUS PATTERNS WITHIN YOU. In the grand theater of existence, we often point fingers outward — at people, circumstances, systems, and events — believing the enemy lies “out there.” But the ancient mystics, sages, and awakened souls have always whispered the deeper truth: The real war is internal. Your unconscious patterns — those inherited beliefs, childhood wounds, repetitive emotional loops, shadow aspects, karmic imprints, and egoic defenses — are the true architects of your suffering. They color your perception, distort your reality, trigger your reactions, and keep you trapped in cycles you cannot seem to escape. You fight the world, but the world is merely a mirror. You argue with others, but you are really arguing with the unresolved parts of yourself. You chase external validation, success, or control, yet the unrest persists because the battlefield was never outside. True spirituality begins when you turn inward. When you bravely face the shadows within. When you observe your automatic thoughts, your emotional triggers, your hidden fears and desires with radical honesty and compassion. When you bring light to the unconscious through meditation, self-inquiry, shadow work, and surrender. This is the hero’s journey. This is the mystic’s path. This is where real freedom is born. The world will keep spinning its chaos. But when your inner patterns lose their grip, you move through the world as peace itself — untouched, untriggered, whole. The battle is within. Ironic thing is that I’ve dealt with suppressive & controlling people all of my life and when I actively started drawing boundaries, people disappeared and now it is hard to find like-minded souls who share a growth mindset and are supportive. People really like to control others; but that is fear-based behavior.

And it hurts when you are silenced. I don’t do that anymore. You either deal with it or you get out of my life.

Because survival patterns are only dissolved by actively overriding them with a better pattern. I assume you speak of survival patterns; because healthy patterns do not need replacement.

@maximumpain333 @gHa8eQHvXn2kleO We do not battle internal patterns; we observe their workings without trying to fix them. There is no struggle at all. To see through the pattern is to dissolve it.
