You often hear people say things like “I wish I could just get rid of my anxiety”.
The reality is that it’s a natural response and we actually need it in our lives to thrive.
It creates urgency, the drive, the jet fuel to get shit done.
Without it, we wouldn’t have come very far as a species.
It becomes a problem when it becomes chronic.
The solution?
Action!
Move the body.
Check off the boxes on that to do list.
