The Akokos went to war against a Jukun group in central Kogi state today and subjugated them to create Ogori Magongo. That place was originally not a Yoruba city but via expansion from the Akoko axis through war, it gave the Yoruba people another local government in kogi central today called Ogori-Magongo local government.
