Wednesday was NATIONAL WRITING DAY! We kicked off the day with a fantastic assembly from Miss Ayub. The rest of the day was full of imaginative and creative writing across the school! Authors - get ready, set and go…let’s start writing…✍️ @LozellsPrimary

A child hand picked this flower especially for me 🥹❤️ he kept it safe in his pocket because he knew I’d be teaching him later that day…days like this confirm that I’m definitely in the right profession 🥳❤️🙏🏼

On the 80th anniversary of VE Day, we honour the bravery and sacrifice of the servicemen and women whose courage secured the freedoms we all cherish today I also pay tribute to the 2.5 million Hindus, Sikhs and Muslims who died fighting alongside allied forces to defend this country We will remember them. Their sacrifice should never cease to be a reminder of the horrors of war #VEDay80 🇬🇧

Year 6 had an amazing story time session with @PrimaryBooks . They were told a story which originated in Mexico. If you can’t travel to Mexico then we bring Mexico to Lozells… @LozellsPrimary @kirandeep_samra
