He knew or aught to have known the diversion of condemned fuel worth Sh 4billion, by those 3 thieves, into the Kenyan market
If he knew he must be arrested immediately for criminal culpability.
If he didn't know he must immediately take political responsibility and resign or be sacked for cross incompetence.
If the President fails to sack him because of shenanigans of broad-based government, the National Assembly must then exercise its constitutional mandate and impeach him

It takes two to TANGO. We have seen the faces of the public officers behind the petroleum scam. WHERE ARE THE FACES OF THE THREE PRIVATE COMPANIES THAT IMPORTED THE FUEL? GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOT PLAY GAMES WITH KENYANS. THE PRIVATE SECTOR ENABLERS MUST BE BROUGHT TO FACE JUSTICE.

They @IEBCKenya aren’t even answering to the question on if personal data of Diasporans is being collected on their behalf .
They have gone silent on this .
This matter has been brought to the attention of various ambassadors in the Diaspora and response is pending on that side too .
Europe for example has only two polling stations. In Germany and in the UK .
Even for Germany, given the size of Germany, the embassy in Berlin cannot cover the whole of Germany.
A second registration center is needed in Frankfurt and a third one in the southern part of Germany.

living in Germany truly does feel like living in the year 1284 sometimes. its Good Friday so today all the shops are closed and dancing is illegal. tomorrow i must walk into town to purchase some milk and eggs to make my Easter bread, because the shops are once again all closed on Sunday (as they are every Sunday)
