Exactly 9 years (and a day😉) ago, Andy Murray beat Philipp Kohlscreiber in the quarterfinals of Dubai. Murray saved 7 match points and won the second set tiebreak 20-18(💀) before winning the third set 6-1. THIS was one of those match point saves... 🥶

Every time Indian Wells comes around, I remember that not only did Andy Murray beat Carlos Alcaraz at the tournament a few years ago but he also hit his first ever underarm serve of his professional career during the match. 🔥

17 years ago today, Andy Murray won the 10th title of his career, beating world number 1 Rafael Nadal in the final of Rotterdam, 6-3 4-6 6-0. 🔥 Nadal was hampered by a knee injury during this match and Murray referenced it afterwards, saying: "It's a shame for him after he injured his knee at the start of the second set. I'm happy to win but I would have preferred it if he wasn't hurt."
