@NASM I need urgent help. I paid in full for NASM-CPT through “Fitness Cravers Academy” in India but was never registered, never given dashboard access, and now being asked to pay again. Several students are facing the same issue. I emailed NASM but received no response. HELP

I’ve never experienced worse customer service that I have from @NASM. If you’re looking for a personal training certification, I highly recommend going with another provider. Two months later and still no response to my inquiry.

@NASM @xkit I cannot DM as not verified. I am at work, and when I've tried calling to resolve, I can't get through. My emails were not answered. Except, two phone calls, which I was unable to connect, because I was at work.
