@Roblox can you address the AI banwave you just did? THOUSANDS of account INCLUDING MINE (Ncarter54) have been FALSELY terminated due to "ban evasion" although we did not. Support is awful, appeals getting auto rejected by AI.

@Stove3415 @Roblox @xx happened to me aswell - i noticed that everyone that got banned for this reason has a linked account that always has 7 letters in the name, this happened to me as well and idk what to do atp, they just reject all my appeals.

@Roblox can you guys help out with the new ai and unban all of the people who got falsely deleted? I got caught in this crossfire and I'm on the verge of losing my 2018 account The "linked" User is @xx***** my user is moviesteven343 I don't even know who this is sent appeals too

What do you hate about Roblox right now?

I do not EVER recall making or even owning an account that starts with jd, let alone containing it. Every appeal I send is rejected by an AI. I don't know what to do! There is a 30 day deadline in which I need to get un terminated, time is almost up...

@Roblox Or please just fix this @Roblox. There's a wide spread issue of random accounts that are bad actors getting linked to our accounts and moderation dosent appeal it. Look into this, its a huge problem.

It said my account (Ncarter54) was linked to an account that severely violated their tos, the account started with "jd". I do not own any accounts that contain that, i even checked my email and phone number linked accs.

@Roblox What a joke. Why do you guys still not acknowledge the enforcement bans, all you’ve ever done was change the ban notices. It’s great you’ve now told the user what account caused the ban, but you still don’t provide the full username, so again it’s still unhelpful.

one of the weirdest things about this is that on one of the appeals that got rejected, they said that its been 30 days since i got banned, meaning i cant appeal, which is just false because i got banned like a week ago!! someone please help!! @Roblox #RobloxDevs

I havent gotten banned on any of the accs i use either, so i sent Roblox a bunch of appeals, saying that i do not know what this account may be, and even went as far as sending screenshots of all the accounts linked to my emails and phone number. They still got rejected.

Roblox is LITERALLY my income atp through game development and now I am terminated for something that I believe I didn't do. I send an appeal, boom, auto rejected by what I'm assuming is an AI. What do i do. #ROBLOX

Just to make sure im not tweakin, i checked my linked accounts that are linked to my emails & phone numbers and none of the linked accounts contained "jd" in them. I sent Roblox like 20+ appeals at this point and they are sending me the same AI messages. I do not know what to do.
