Hey guys, I'm about to crash, barely keeping my eyes open. But before I do, here's a quick NFT recap from today. A lot happened. 1️⃣ @BADFROGS11 - New ATH Hit a new all-time high at 0.01 ETH, just two days after the CTO was completed by @degentonyeth. Massive move. And from what I can tell, they're far from done. $bad incoming? 2️⃣ @Vatanfts - Rugged Devs thought they could quietly mint 100+ NFTs for free without anyone noticing. NGL, I was actually feeling the art, secondary volume was solid too. Such a waste. All of that over ~$500. This is exactly why NFTs get so much hate. Disappointing. 3️⃣ @_MASKED_NFT_ - Burn Team burned 4,000 items from their supply, worth roughly $14K USD and spending $200 in gas to do it. That's a wild commitment to the collection. I'm genuinely bullish on where this goes. The art is really good as well, I love the traits! 4️⃣ @the_dictumNFT - Building Dev dropped a full breakdown of the original idea behind the collection, worth reading. Also working on upgrading resolution to 800×800 and exploring music and video for each NFT, with multiple versions per piece, similar to what @FROGE69mg pulled off. You can feel the effort here. Can't wait to hear what the music sounds like. 5️⃣ @SergikariART - Solana Launched a new collection on Solana called ShonenSOL. Minted at 0.03 SOL, ran to 0.09 SOL. It's been a while since I've seen a "clean" mint on Solana, so this one stands out. The art is genuinely cool. 6️⃣ @Brutally_Raw - Utility @DakkyBear is quietly cooking. Already shipped a staking mechanism that earns holders $RAW, a token you can use to paint and customize your NFT without affecting rarity on OpenSea. Hey, NFT lovers! I've been looking at data from recent mints this cycle, starting with @D3lMundos and @normiesART , which might have sparked what could become the next NFT bull run, and here are my honest thoughts. I've been in ETH NFTs since 2022. I missed the big 2021 bloom, but I was deep in the space through '22 and '23. Even as we entered a bear market, NFTs were still doing remarkably well, around $24B in total trading volume and over 230K active wallets on Ethereum alone. Back then, we were used to insane demand. Collections launched and instantly did 10x, 25x, sometimes even 100x from mint price. Free mints were printing. Paperhands always existed, but the volume was so massive that sell pressure got absorbed almost instantly by incoming buyers. Now let's talk about 2026. ✅ Right now, monthly ETH NFT volume sits around $720M in Q1, roughly 80% below the 2022 monthly peak. That's a massive difference. But I think most people are misreading what that number actually means. We're not in a dead market. We're recovering from a FOMO-driven era that was never sustainable to begin with. The speculative frenzy is gone, and honestly? That might be the healthiest thing that could have happened to this space. What's different now is that big pumps right after mint no longer happen overnight. Building a project that holds value takes time, community formation, tooling, earning trust from collectors, and especially from whales who actually sustain a project long-term. The pattern we're seeing emerge looks like this: Initial Pump > Dump > Stabilization > Community Pump > Price Discovery We've already seen this play out with @normiesART and @D3lMundos. Both went through a sharp early pump, a significant correction, a period of quiet stabilization and then a second, more organic pump driven by genuine holders, not speculators. That's new. That's different. And I believe it will be the standard for most serious collections launching on ETH going forward. So... What does this mean for you? Now, little grasshopper, PATIENCE is the new alpha. Flippers who expect to flip for 5x within less than a day of mint are going to have a hard time. The fast money is mostly gone. But the collectors who understand the project, hold through the stabilization phase, and build conviction alongside the community, that's where the real upside is waiting. FOMO isn't driving this cycle. We learned that lesson the hard way. What's replacing it is something more durable: community, art, trust, and utility. The next NFT bull run won't look like 2021. It's already started and it's being built on a much stronger foundation.
