🚨 Ahead of Crystal Palace FA Cup Semi-Final tickets going on-sale tomorrow, supporters are advised of the below FAQs. General: Q: What’s the maximum number of tickets you can purchase in the same transaction? A: There is no limit of how many tickets can be purchased in one transaction however only 1 ticket can be purchased per Fan ID. Q: How do you purchase tickets for other supporters? A: Tickets can be assigned to other eligible fans on the checkout page of the website by clicking the pencil icon next to the ticket owner. You can select fans from your friends and family network or by inputting the Fan ID and Surname.   Alternatively, you can call the Aston Villa Ticket Office on 0333 323 1874 which is open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Please note we are expecting a high number of calls during this period and expect call wait times to be longer than usual. Q: Me and my friend are not in the same ticketing criteria, Can I book tickets on their behalf? A: No. If you wish to purchase tickets at the same time as a supporter who becomes eligible in a later sales window, you should wait until you both become eligible. Please note that tickets are subject to availability. Q: I have recently purchased a Claret/Villan/Cub membership, and I attended all 3 FA Cup game this season, can I buy tickets during the second sales window? A: Only members who activated their Claret, Villan or Cub membership prior to 7th April 2025 will be eligible during the second sales window. Any fans who become members after this date will not become eligible for tickets until the final sales window on Friday 21st April regardless of their FA Cup booking history. Q: Will I receive an e-ticket/PAH ticket for the semi-final if I have a physical season ticket card? A: As per the previous FA Cup games, NFC (Apple/Google Wallet) will be the default method. Q: Will the lead booker receive all tickets or are they sent to the individual owners? A: All tickets will be sent to lead booker. Q: Can I relocate to a different block/seat after purchase? A: Once tickets have been purchased, we are unable to relocate tickets to a different location within the stadium. Q: Will there be any limitations purchasing an under-fourteen/eighteen ticket on its own? A: As per our terms and conditions, all under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult over the age 18 who is seated next to them. Any under 14 tickets that are purchased without an accompanying adult will be cancelled and refunded. No under 2’s are permitted to events at Wembley. Q: If I am too unwell to make the game, can I reassign my ticket to someone else who qualifies? A: No. Tickets for the FA Cup Semi Final non-transferable. Q: I attended one of the previous round matches under a different Fan ID. If I send in evidence of attendance, can I have the booking history? A: As per our previous ticketing criteria, under no circumstances will any booking history be transferred or reassigned after the fixture has passed. A: All accessible seating including wheelchair bays can be booked online by pre-registered supporters via the Aston Villa Ticketing website. You will be required to log in as the disabled supporter to buy accessible tickets.
