Good rule of thumb: Don’t be married to a playbook, but know when to use the value it offers

When you realize that breaking the playbook isn’t always a bad thing, you get the opportunity to be more creative. Rachel Gianfredi from @G2 shared an incredible story of how @zoominfo and @g2 rolled out their integration, and it didn’t follow the normal playbook.
