The implication, I suppose is that in Florida, medical examinations are done blindfolded.

The "shoot first" policy is reinforced by "shoot first" training. Police recruits train 58 hrs shooting firearms, only 8 hrs de-escalation.

@samswey Here in WA, you currently have to prove that the officer had "malice" before trial. Impossible standard we are hoping to change.

Currently 46 states and 2/3 of police departments *do not* have a policy that restricts police deadly force to be used only as last resort.

Every state legislature and police department should enact these policies to reduce police violence and protect communities from harm.

Even where this standard isn't yet state law, police departments can decide to adopt it. Depts that do are 25% less likely to kill people.
