She apologized and told him he was welcome back anytime. Patrick accepted. Racists often only find manners when the camera is rolling and some still try to punish you for simply existing in public. How many times does this exact scene play out with no camera around? And what does real accountability look like when the only thing that stops it is someone hitting record?

💚 Men's Mental Health is real 💚 It's June and it's a month to remind everyone that men have real struggles too... How do I know? I am one of them and I've been through a lot of hardships in my life that has broken me to tears. I've had to grow skin of steel and take the punches life, and others, give me. But sometimes I just want a hug. I never forget those that show me love and compassion towards me and as I type this now my eyes fill with tears because us men are just longing for those simple moments in life. These past few months I've been especially vulnerable with the loss of my mum which finally snapped all those bottled feelings and I've been extra emotional, wanting those little moments of love and reassurance more than ever. So please, from a fellow man, give us the those small moments... Tell your friends they matter, they are doing great and you are there for them. Tell your significant others they are loved and never forgotten. Tell us you are proud of us... They all mean much more than you think 💚
