I’m saying this because it needs to be said my mentals are in the shit right now. I’m not looking for understanding or compassion or attention. We have a lot of things going on right now with our organization, my business life and I’m making the active choices to get the help that I need to get through this hopefully setting a good example for the people in our or fearful of doing that.. I’ve been told that I always lead by example, but this isn’t about leadership in my opinion. This is about accepting something that you know is wrong and doing the things that have to be done to take care of it. Today I got a clean bill of health for my heart clean bill of health for my lungs and blood work.. but that doesn’t mean that something isn’t wrong. So I’m taking the next steps and for once in my life putting my health first whether that be mental health or physical health I’ve been doing really good about the physical side, but I never really understood the mental side. So if I’m a little quiet for the next couple of weeks, don’t read into it please don’t pick or prod. I’m here. I’m doing what I have to do.
