@bellas_b0nez @starvingetc I’ve seen people do 40 but u have to add electrolytes to ur water and take vitamins to avoid the hospital maybe the most i did was a 2 weeks and that’s because covid took my taste away and appetite but i would get dizzy and my vision would go black for about a min

@starvingetc this is mine right now, aiming for 2 weeks but it’s landed me in hospital…nearly at 2 weeks:)) (I stopped losing weight on day 5💔)

@waifdom Does she not know your height plays a part and some ppl distribute fat differently i was born a premature baby. I’m 197lbs rn and u would probably think i was smaller than that. When i reached 160 my stomach is flat but that still considered a heavy weight for most 130 im bones…
