I love the fact that polymarket had more accurate election predictions than every major polling firm prediction markets are one of the clearest PMFs in all of crypto and we're still early on what these can be used for 🔥

Account abstraction is going to change how most people interact with web3. The short version is that it lets wallets behave like smart contracts, which means you can have social recovery, pay gas fees in any token, batch multiple transactions together and set spending limits.

Three things stuck with me this week. @solana's on-chain TVL is growing while price pulls back, historically that's a signal. @aave's multi-chain expansion is quietly massive. @monad is the EVM dark horse nobody in mainstream crypto covers. More coming.

@aave V3 is sitting at roughly $38.6 billion in TVL right now across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Avalanche and several other chains. It also issues its own stablecoin, GHO. Aave V4 is in governance discussion. This is what a mature DeFi protocol looks like.

DeFi is not the wild west it was in 2020. Protocols have survived, adapted, and grown up. The infrastructure is better. The yields are more honest. If you dismissed DeFi after the 2022 blowups, it is worth looking again with fresh eyes 👀

@InaGarra The fear of being wrong publicly is real, but it’s also what filters out most people early.

The"build in public" thing gets cringe sometimes but the underlying idea is right: -> showing your work creates trust -> trust creates community -> community creates distribution. It's a flywheel, most people skip the first step because they're scared of being wrong publicly.

Shared security + modular scalability is one of the most promising designs in Web3, but architecture alone means nothing without flawless execution.
MiddleManWeb3@MiddleManWeb3

@zksync is making a genuinely interesting move with its "elastic chain" vision, basically a network of ZK-powered chains sharing the same security and settlement layer. It is an ambitious architecture and the execution is what matters now!

Be honest: what's the #1 reason most crypto projects fail? A) bad product B) bad timing C) bad community D) bad tokenomics

The projects that survived 2022–2023 without pivoting are the ones i trust most. Because anyone can build in a bull market shipping through a bear is the real filter. It is the same today!

@processmusicher By 2028, it’ll likely be 2–3 ecosystems max that actually handle sustained consumer-grade load.

Blockchain started competing on speed. Then on price. Then on dev experience. In 2026 the real competition is about sustaining real-world usage at scale over time. That is a completely different bar. Which chain do you think actually clears it by 2028?

Yes and that’s a very very strong positive point. We’re talking about actually using a project for what it was built for and being rewarded for it. That’s the whole purpose of an airdrop: rewarding real usage
ZuperTrader@zupertrader

Hot take: the best airdrop strategy in 2026 is not chasing points. It is being a genuine power user of real products. Sybil filters are smarter than ever. One real wallet with real history beats fifty bots, every time

For me, it’s one of the most interesting protocols right now. It’s just not very hyped because there is no token attached, but at least here they are delivering features and products that have real value for the ecosystem
HinterTrader@HinterTrader

Right now, @base is quietly becoming the most interesting L2 for builders rn. With low fees, Coinbase distribution, EVM compatible. The ecosystem is early but the infra is solid.

it's insance that account abstraction transactions are up 300% YoY nobody's talking about it because there's no token to speculate on that's exactly why it's interesting

unpopular opinion: solana won the last consumer layer not because of tech but because the dev experience got good enough at the right time timing > technology, almost always

@HinterTrader And in reality, there are several tokens, a good dozen that are still generating revenue even in this market environment, and that’s really encouraging for the long term!

In the current market, fees don't lie. $AAVE, $UNI, $GMX still generating real revenue in a bear market. That's not luck, that's product-market fit. Price is a distraction rn, nothing else!
